Rig management encompasses a broad range of activities covering the recruitment and selection, deployment, training, crew costs monitoring and ongoing management of the officers and ratings engaged on vessels / Rigs under our management.

We have one of best seafarer retention rates in the industry. This is achieved through having proper recruitment, remuneration, continual training and performance appraisal systems in place.

We maintain a computerized Data Bank of well over 1500 oilfield personnel, who have been screened and short-listed, so that they can be available at short notice. This clearly gives us a competitive edge over the competition.
